Warranty

Manufacturer warranty: typically 1 year on budget brands (Vitron, Vision Plus) and 1–2 years on Hisense, TCL, Samsung, LG and Sony depending on model. Keep your receipt.

Returns

Unopened, unused TVs may be considered for return within 7 days if stock is resaleable. Opened electronics are hard to restock. Dead-on-arrival units are handled under manufacturer process with our help. Bring the receipt and original packaging when possible.

Not covered

Physical damage, liquid damage, power surges without protection, and unauthorised repairs typically void warranty.
